We developed a new operational system of our own creatives and account management teams to address issues around improving brand control and marketing production.
Our teams were located both on and off-site and were tasked with improving creative campaigns, speed time for artwork approvals and creative briefs. We helped to significantly revamp workflow processes by replacing manual entry with automated workflows and digital asset management tools. This gave our client complete visibility into marketing and production processes and the ability to monitor campaigns for multiple brands in real-time.
