Tag EMEA CEO Andria Vidler has been at Festival of Marketing this week, sharing her views on what the industry needs to do to drive growth in 2021 and reflecting on what brands need to do to make the most of the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Agencies need to help clients understand new behaviours and key needs of their customers, including how they feel, think and behave: this needs to be central to everything. And key to gaining this level of understanding is about how we use data, collaborate more closely and embrace new ways of working.
