Since inception nearly 50 years ago, Tag has challenged the status quo on behalf of our clients. In a marketing world dominated by slow-moving giants, as an independent business Tag has been driven by an obsession with delivering exciting content at scale globally in an agile and cost-effective way.
More recently Tag has partnered with media, data and creative agencies to deliver targeted and relevant content to different consumer segments within today’s increasingly digital supply chain – more and more, Tag is the ‘glue’ that binds the complex marketing ecosystem on behalf of our clients. We are unique in being able to deliver across all channels including retail and e-commerce, with an end-to-end shopper marketing business able to design and source sustainable materials for retail environments. With an average tenure of over 6 years, our clients’ loyalty to Tag and our ability to evolve ahead of the market is second to none.
How do we do this? Above all we have the best team in the sector, made up of 2,500 passionate and capable individuals in 35 countries with over 50 nationalities represented. We are fortunate to employ a talented mix of creatives, technologists, digital, process and data experts – but they are united by a twin passion for the client and for the exciting content we create. Our natural diversity as a global business is reinforced by a longstanding commitment to recruiting, promoting and rewarding the best talent regardless of background, gender, orientation or race – and to measure ourselves against those goals.
That passion for the client results in market-leading client satisfaction, measured constantly by a dedicated in-house client feedback team of 8 individuals who interview each of our key clients at regular intervals to act as an independent check on our performance, our clients’ satisfaction across all service lines, our people and our ability to innovate ahead of client needs.
So we are hugely proud of Tag – and with net revenues growing by 23% in 2019, we are fortunate that both existing and new customers are increasingly trusting us with their global content creation. Come and find out why!
